Alright pay close *attention* this post has some instruction with it if you want to get this look. We have some editing to do, and yes I will show ya how :) 

I will use firestorm to show you the editing for the outfit.

*READ CAREFULLY*  

Hair: TRUTH HAIR Jinx - Pastels - FREE! ONLY the PASTELS is free..ONLY

*Note EDITING in FIRESTORM*

Step 1: Open inventory 

Step 2: Find/locate the Truth Hair Jinx folder you are wearing

Step 3: Find bold/highlighted hair in Truth Hair Jinx folder

Step 4: Right click the bold/highlight hair and get menu: Looks like...

 

Step 5: On the menu click EDIT

Step 6: You get Edit Menu Like So:

  

Step 7: On edit menu - See were it says: General, Object, Features, Texture, Content in tabs

Locate TEXTURE and click on it. 

Step 8: Under the TEXTURE (make sure it highlighted) find COLOR

Step 9: Click the WHITE color Button and  up will pop a color box you can play with like so:
*The reason mine is black is because I chose that color. :P Your color box will be white.

Step 10: Play around with the color of your choice, I chose black because its more natural, you can do whatever you want. 

Step 11: CLICK OK 

Step 12: Close all edit menus and enjoy your hair!
